I always talked to dolls, invisible people, animals, and other beings. I loved to observe people and was described as “shy” throughout my whole childhood, but I just preferred wordless communication and the invisible world. Growing up, I was an ambitious student with a constant yearn for something more. My mother had opened the door to the spiritual world for me, but I didn’t know yet what to make of it. It took me years to fully embrace it and after going to my first yoga retreat in France, my life changed, and I understood how I wanted to live my life. My yearning for my truth and magic has brought me on adventures in different parts of the world. I have spent several months these past years studying and training within the healing arts in Ubud, Bali. Today I live in Stockholm and work with personal development through individual healing sessions. My wish for you is to connect to that part of yourself that often feels invisible yet so real at the same time. I have always felt more connected to animals and have included my dogs in my healing sessions. They are truly masters and show us how to live life more fully. I’m passionate about normalizing the energy world. It is not something only for yogis and “spiritual people”. It is about being fully present in this world as well as being deeply connected to your soul’s divine origins. Animals carry an unique and completely pure energetic frequency that provides healing for us humans. I grew up with dogs, and ever since I started offering sessions, I have included my own dogs as part of the healing session. It is magic to witness the healing that happens when human and dog meet, heart to heart, in a communication beyond words. Currently “in service” is Lejon, a wise and graceful female Labrador retriever with the biggest heart you’ll ever meet. During a healing session with one of my dogs present, you will lay comfortably down (sometimes on a mattress on the floor) so that we can move freely around you. Each session is different and unique depending on what you need. As well as the animal being its own magical and unique creature, your animal also works as an extension of you and mirrors what’s going on inside of you and your family dynamic. Essentially, healing work for your animal also means healing for YOU. After a session, clients have reported feeling closer to their animal, more harmony in the family and a deeper understanding of each other. A session include communication and healing. But I firmly said “NO”. Not because I was afraid of horses, but because it didn’t feel right. I searched for teachers in the field who also were including their animals in healing sessions. I was recommended a visit to Mia Holm (www.thehorsecall) just outside Stockholm. Mia and her co-teacher horses practiced FEEL ® (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning). Needless to say, I immediately booked a session! Not knowing anything about FEEL and having never really met a horse before my FEEL-session with Mia, something sparked a recognition in me as a connection with the mighty and beautiful mare Sayonara was made. In the presence of horses as teachers, I felt how simple yet intensely powerful the horses connected me with my truth, and how they helped me understand how I could live more authentic. Having tried several spiritual practices and tools, working with horses as teachers was what resonated the most - it was authentic, clear and right to the core. Standing heart to heart with these magnificent beings, was a magical and healing moment beyond words. With horses (and the dogs of course) as support, I jumped on the FEEL certification course with excitement and joy in 2021/22 to share this transformational work with others.
